The ‘Goodness’ Virtue

The ‘good’ or ‘goodness’ virtue is understood to be the quality that directs us as humans to take another step, to go a little bit further above and beyond the call of duty. That looks beyond the typical insignificance and take a deeper more meaningful and substantive look at others with a deeper and resounding level of love and care. This goodness quality guides our desire to offer special attention to others’ well being, happiness and personal development when we make our resolutions.

It is of boundless worth, even the excellent way to comfort the wicked, the corrupt and the vile because of the good, the noble intent of the heart though prevalent, remain mostly concealed in the world. Rather than fail the virtuous because of the prevalence of evil, the dominance of the ruthless and the popularity of the decadent in our sphere.
